Sioux Falls Storm News Release

The Sioux Falls Storm of Indoor Football League (IFL) has re-signed one of the top receiving targets for the 2009 season. Leon Hall Jr. will return for his fifth season and will try to repeat his success from last season.

Hall had a great season in 2008 with receptions (23), receiving touchdowns (3) and receiving yards (258). In 2007, Hall compiled the fourth best single season total in Storm history. Hall finished fourth in the UIF in receptions and third in the league in receiving touchdowns. He was named to the Western Conference All-Star team and is another Storm All-Star to re-sign for the 2009 season.

One of Hall's biggest contributions to the team in 2006 came on special teams as he accounted for nine tackles and averaged 20.6 yards per kick return. Hall averaged 26.6 yards on five returns in the Storm's semifinal victory over Evansville. Hall also caught 27 passes and scored one touchdown during the 2006 campaign.

In 2005, Hall caught 11 passes for 200 yards and 5 touchdowns in just 8 games. Hall also accounted for 12 tackles on special teams.
