Bobby Dragon came off the bench and never even had to swing his bat as Dragon reached on a in the five to lead the Worcester Bravehearts (8-15) to a 2-0 win over the Torrington Titans (9-12) on Wednesday at Fitton Field.
With the game scoreless in the fifth inning.
Greg Stagani had an impressive outing against the Torrington Titans' lineup. The Torrington Titans managed just one hit off of the the Worcester Bravehearts' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out six during his five innings of work.
Colby Tollison couldn't get it done on the mound for the Torrington Titans, taking a loss. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
