Kernels Accepting Applications for 2019 Summer Internships

Cedar Rapids, IA - The Cedar Rapids Kernels are seeking candidates for our 2019 Summer Internships.

The Kernels are offering four full-time paid internship positions in the following areas:

Entertainment & Community Relations

Multi-Media, Marketing & Sales

Stadium Operations (filled for 2019)

Ticket Operations & Group Sales

Internships are offered to qualified college students in need of an internship to complete their degree. All internship applications should include a resume and cover letter.

The Kernels will also be hosting their annual Summer Job Fair for game day employees in March of 2019.

The Kernels begin the 2019 Midwest League season at home on Thursday, April 4th vs. Quad Cities at 6:35 PM.

2019 Season Ticket Packages are on sale now. For more information about season tickets, contact Peter Keleher at (319) 896-7622 or by email at Peter@kernels.com. Coupon Books and Gift Certificates for the 2019 season will go on sale in mid-November. 2019 individual game tickets go on sale Monday, March 18th at 10 AM.
