Fort Wayne Mad Ants point guard Keifer Sykes has earned a NBA Call-up. He is the 23rd NBA Call-up in organization history and the third in the month of December.
Sykes is the 19th different Mad Ant to earn a call-up in the past 15 seasons.
The Indiana Pacers announced the signing of Sykes on Monday.
Sykes has appeared in 13 games for the Mad Ants during Showcase Cup season. Over that time, he averaged 16.3 points, 8 assists and 4.3 rebounds over 34.1 minutes per game. Sykes is the current leader in assists per game in the NBA G League.
