
Karibi Dede Signs With The Alouettes

Montreal Alouettes VP and General Manager Jim Popp announced today the signing of free agent linebacker Karibi Dede.
Dede (6'0", 216 lbs) played with the Auburn Tigers from 2002-2006, recording 57 tackles, two tackles for a loss, one sack, one interception and a knockdown in 12 games in his senior season. He was known to be one of his team's top students and was honoured as such in 2006, being named to the inaugural National Football Foundation National Honor Society. He attended training camp with the New York Giants in 2007 and was drafted by Team Alabama of the new AAFL in 2008.
Dede is expected at the Alouettes' training camp in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu this May.
