KANSAS CITY - The Kansas City Current announced today that defender Alex Loera has signed with the club through the 2024 season. Loera was Kansas City's fourth round pick in the 2021 NWSL Draft and opted to return to Santa Clara University to finish her collegiate career.

"We are pleased to welcome Alex to our KC Current family," said Director of Soccer Operations Huw Williams.
