Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks News Release

DANBURY, CT - The Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks (12-41-4, 28 pts) play their final home game of the season on Wednesday night against the Maine Nordiques (21-27-5-5, 52 pts).

Boris Skalos has been a spark-plug for the Hat Tricks over the last few weeks. In his last seven games, Skalos has recorded three goals and 11 points.

Danbury has had its best stretch of the year to finish the season, winning three games over the last few series of the season.

Three games remain for the Hat Tricks, starting with Wednesday's contest against the Nordiques. Two weeks ago, Danbury and Maine split a series at Danbury Arena.

In the first game of that series, Danbury lost a close-game in the late stages as Maine scored an empty-net goal. In game two, the Hat Tricks combined for six tallies and took a 6-3 win.

The Hat Tricks will travel to face Johnstown this weekend to end the year.

Wednesday's game begins at 7 p.m. and can be seen on HockeyTV.
