#17 James McGing Illini hold on for 3-2 victory

The Jr. Blues finished off the regular season with a 3-2 defeat at the hands of the fighting Illini. Although the Jr. Blues outshot the Illini 45-17, they struggled to get quality shots.

On a night when the Jr. Blues showed off their new blue road uniforms, the Illini would play strong defense and deny scoring opportunities to many Jr. Blues players.
