
Jr. Blues Fall to the Jets

The Jr. Blues fell to the Janesville Jets by the score of 6-2 on Thursday night.
Janesville jumped out to a 3-0 lead before Sam Craggs found the back of the net off of asists from Matt Long and Petr Kuznetsov for his 17th goal of the season to cut the lead to 3-1. The Jets then scored again to make the game 4-1 but then Joey Lupo scored his 5th goal of the season off of assists from Brady Tomlak and Zach Balodis to cut the Jets lead to 4-2. Janesville then added on two more goals to give the game its 6-2 final.
Tommy Nappier had 15 saves in the loss and Niko Della Maggiore had 6 saves in relief.
The same two teams play again tomorrow and Saturday night for the Jr. Blues last two home games of the regular season.
