
Jr Blues Defeat Coulee Region

The Jr Blues split the weekend by picking up a win over the Coulee Region Chill by the score of 5-3.
Anthony Scarsella gave the Jr Blues an early lead with a goal at the 1:25 mark of the first period off assists from Trevor Stone and Arseni Vashchuk. The Chill tied it up at 1-1 until Stone found the back of the net off assists from Kyle Meeh and Niko Della Maggiore. The Chill tied it up again at 2-2 but then Coal Norris scored off the assist from Hunter Schneider to give the Jr Blues the 3-2 lead at the 14:47 mark of the second period. Neither team scored in the third period and 3-2 was the final.
The Jr Blues are on the road next weekend taking on the Janesville Jets.
