
Josh Pillar to Debut with Blazers Wednesday

Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers have added 15-year-old Josh Pillar to the roster. He will wear #12 and make his WHL debut at home against the Spokane Chiefs on Wednesday, February 7th.
Pillar was the Blazers first round pick, 14th overall in the 2017 WHL Bantam Draft. The Warman, SK native is playing this season with the Prince Albert Mintos Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League.
The 5'11" and 160lb right-shot center leads the Mintos in scoring with 20 goals, 25 assists and 45 points in 39 games. He is 12th in league scoring and first among all first year players.
Pillar will practice with the Blazers today and be returned to the Mintos following the game on Wednesday night.
