The Les Bradley Memorial Award is presented to the team's most improved player. Veteran centre Joseph Serpa recorded a career high 20 goals and 49 assists for a total of 69 points in only 62 regular season games, a 55 point boost from the previous season. The Cambridge, Ontario native increased his plus/minus from +3 to a team leading +15 while also collecting 5 power play goals, 3 short-handed goals, for a 1.11 points per game average. Congratulations to this year's Les Bradley Memorial Award winner, Joseph Serpa.
