ROANOKE, VA - The Roanoke Valley Vipers, member of the United Hockey League (UHL), are proud to announce that Saturday, December 17th will be Virginia Tech Night at the Vipers game, as they take on the Danbury Trashers at 7:35p.m. at the Roanoke Civic Center!
The Hokie Bird will be joining "Stryker" for some mascot fun with the kids, and there will be prize drawings and giveaways throughout the night. Highlighting the giveaways will be a football autographed by Virginia Tech Head Coach Frank Beamer, and a basketball signed by men's basketball head coach Seth Greenberg.
In addition, Hokie fans sporting Virginia Tech apparel will receive $2.00 off their ticket at the box office. Come out for a night of fun while supporting local athletics!
"We are really excited about Virginia Tech Night," said team owner and governor Kristen Dixon. "Not only are we supporting a local university, we know how much fun our fans will have showing their Hokie pride!"
