SHREVEPORT, LA - Join the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs tomorrow morning, Saturday, September 18 in the CenturyTel Center parking lot as we participate in the 16th annual Northwest Louisiana Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure! Mudbugs players and staff members, along with their families, are asking for your support as we contribute to the fight against breast cancer right h ere in our community!
New Mudbugs defenseman Mitch Love will join Head Coach Scott Muscutt, General Manager Jason "Soupy" Campbell, owners Tommy & Leslie Scott and nearly the entire team staff in the 5K run/fitness walk, which travels North up Bossier City's Arthur Ray Teague Parkway before looping back to the CenturyTel Center to complete the 3.1-mile course.
Online registration is available for the rest of the day today and a tent for late registration will be set up on race morning for last-minute participants. The day's festivities will begin at 7:00 am tomorrow, with the 5K run/fitness walk beginning at 8:30.

The Mudbugs 2010-2011 season starts on Friday, October 15 against the Mississippi RiverKings at the CenturyTel Center.
