
Johnstown's Collins Fined

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced that it has fined Johnstown right wing Dan Collins an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #243 against Gwinnett on Dec. 12.
Collins was assessed a major penalty and a Game Misconduct for Elbowing at 2:31 of the third period.
He is fined under Rule 29 Supplemental Discipline.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
