
Johnstown Takes Game One

The Tomahawks took down the Titans 5-3 in game one after holding off a third period comeback attempt.
Down by three, the Titans scored two unanswered goals off the sticks of Ray Brice and Andrew Durham with more than 10 minutes to play in the third. However, Casey Linkenheld was able to complete a hat trick to put the Tomahawks back up by two goals.
Adam Hascic had the other goal for the Titans in the first period while skating 4-on-4.
Jack Berry finished the night with 18 saves on 23 shots.
With the loss, the Titans trail against the Tomahawks 1-0 in best of five series. Game two will be Friday April, 15 at 8 p.m. at Middletown Ice World before shifting to Johnstown for game three.
