AFL I Arena Football League (1987-2008)

John Legend and Gavin DeGraw added to ArenaBash

May 12, 2005 - Arena Football League (1987-2008) (AFL I) News Release

LAS VEGAS – Musical acts JOHN LEGEND, GAVIN DEGRAW and LOW MILLIONS have been added to the bill of the ArenaBash concert, which is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. PT on Saturday, June 11 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. DeGraw, Legend and Low Millions join Grammy Award-winning band MAROON 5, who will headline the concert, for a spectacular night of music.

Legend's major label debut album on Columbia Records, Get Lifted, demonstrates a rare ability to fuse the "feel" and vibe of classic old school soul music with the edgy flavor of 21st century hip-hop. Get Lifted went platinum in February and the hit single "Ordinary People" reached number four on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop chart.

DeGraw's debut album Chariot, released July 2003, introduced the world to a vital singer, songwriter, pianist and guitarist whose abundant talent and charisma were already well known in the New York club circuit. Chariot was certified platinum by the RIAA in January, and his single "I Don't Want To Be" reached the #1 spot on the Top 40 Radio.

Low Millions' debut album on Manhattan Records, Ex-Girlfriends, is in stores now.
