John Kuhn to Headline Bullfrogs for Cellcom Opening Day

Green Bay, Wis.- The Green Bay Bullfrogs are pleased to announce the addition of a guest appearance on Cellcom Opening Day, May 26. Fullback John Kuhn will be joining the Green Bay Bullfrogs and will be available to fans for a portion of the pre-game and game for autographs.

Kuhn is originally from York County, Pennsylvania and played college football at Shippensburg University. He was a standout in the classroom and was honored as a First-Team ESPN The Magazine/College Sports Information Directors of America Academic All-American in both 2003 and 2004. Kuhn ranked 17th in Division II in rushing yards per game and was 34th in all-purpose yards. He was chosen as a First-Team American Football Coaches Association All-American and Third-Team Associated Press Little All-American. Kuhn has won two Super Bowl rings and was elected to the Pro Bowl in both 2011 and 2014.

Fans will have the opportunity to get one item signed by Kuhn during the time he is signing at Joannes Stadium. Fans may bring one item to be signed or merchandise will be available for purchase such as mini helmets, Green Bay footballs and Kuhn jerseys. Autographs will be limited to one item per person. Autographs will be done on a first come first serve basis. Kuhn will also throw out the ceremonial first pitch. The Bullfrogs are partnering with Mayfield Sports Marketing to present the appearance.

The Bullfrogs open the 2015 season against the La Crosse Loggers on Tuesday, May 26th at 6:35pm at historic Joannes Stadium. Single game, group and 7-game packages are on sale now.
