
Joey Daccord Named USHL CCM Goaltender of the Week

Chicago, IL (November 16th ) - The Muskegon Lumberjacks goaltender, Joey Daccord, has been named the USHL CCM Goaltender of the Week for the second time this season.
Daccord helped the Lumberjacks pick up back to back wins this past weekend against the Fargo Force. Friday, the Ottawa Senators prospect stopped 18 of 19 shots leading to a 4-1 Lumberjacks win.
On Saturday, Daccord stopped all 27 shots, registering his first career USHL shutout in the Lumberjacks 1-0 victory. Daccord has played a vital role in the Lumberjacks current four game win streak. The Arizona State commit is 6-4 on the season with a 2.45 GAA and .906 save percentage.
The Lumberjacks will return home for a weekend series with the Eastern Conference leading Dubuque Fighting Saints. The Lumberjacks will support local Muskegon Veterans Friday, November 20th, for Military Apprecia- tion Night. On Saturday, November 21st, L.C. Walker Arena will feature plenty of family fun when the Lumber- jacks host Faith and Family night sponsored by JQ99.
