Modesto Nuts News Release
The former Modesto Nuts ace is scheduled to make a rehab start with the Modesto Nuts as they take on the San Jose Giants Sunday night in Modesto, with first pitch at 6:05PM! Chacin pitched for the Nuts during the 2008 season going 8-2 with a 2.31 ERA before his debut with the Colorado Rockies on July 25, 2009. He is rehabbing with Modesto due to an elbow injury.
