Fargo-Moorhead Jets News Release

Fargo (ND) While they may be a little too old to trick-or-treat in the traditional sense, the Fargo-Moorhead Jets players will still be going around neighborhoods Monday night for a very good cause.

The FM Jets will be collecting non-perishable food items for donation to the Great Plains Food Bank. This is the first of two such food drives the FM Jets are holding, with the other coming the day after Thanksgiving.

Players will be accepting any type of non-perishable food item, especially those in cans.

The FM Jets' next home game is Saturday Nov. 5 against the Bismarck Bobcats at 7pm.

The FM Jets are the 2005 Borne Cup Champions and are entering their third season as members of the North American Hockey League. The NAHL is the nation's largest Junior A hockey league and is now in its 30th year of operation.

Jets home games are played at the John E. Carlson Coliseum in Fargo, ND. All games are broadcast at STAR 103.9 and fmjets.com.
