
Jets Make Trade for Defensemen

Fargo (ND) The Fargo-Moorhead Jets finalized a trade late last week, acquiring a highly sought after Canadian defensemen, in exchange for two veteran defenseman of their own.
The Jets' picked up 6-0, 180 pound Ryan Adams from the Manitoba Junior Hockey League's Southeast Blades, in exchange for Andrew Hasbargen and Cory Nigbur.
Adams - a native of Deloraine, MB - had 6 assists and 30 penalty minutes in 10 games with the Blades. The FM Jets actually picked Adams up in Bismarck on the way to the team's games in Montana this weekend, and were able to utilize his services both nights.
Used on a regular shift, Adams netted his first point with the Jets when he earned an assist in the team's 4-2 win at Billings on Saturday night.
The Jets are back in action on Friday night at Bismarck at 7pm
The FM Jets are the 2005 Borne Cup Champions and are entering their third season as members of the North American Hockey League. The NAHL is the nation's largest Junior A hockey league and is now in its 30th year of operation.
Jets home games are played at the John E. Carlson Coliseum in Fargo, ND. All games are broadcast at STAR 103.9 and fmjets.com.
