
JetHawks Bowl to Strike out Hunger

(LANCASTER, CA) - The Lancaster JetHawks will attempt to strike out hunger and connect with their fans at the JetHawks All-Star Charity Bowling tournament at 2 p.m. on July 13. For just $10, fans can bowl with the JetHawks at Brunswick Vista Lanes in Palmdale. The registration fee provides fans the chance to bowl three games with JetHawks players, shoe rental, and a ticket to the JetHawks Christmas in July game against San Jose on July 18. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Grace Resource Center, a community food bank serving the Antelope Valley.
Additionally, participants can meet JetHawks coaches, front office staff members and the Hawkettes and stay for a viewing party of Major League Baseball's All-Star game.

The 2010 season marks the 15th anniversary of professional baseball in the Antelope Valley, and since its inaugural game in1996, The Hangar has produced more than 90 Major Leaguers and inducted 25 members into The JetHawks Hall of Fame.
