Rockford, Ill.- Black Friday specials come early this year with several promotions during the Rockford IceHogs games next week when the IceHogs play the Lake Erie Monsters on Wednesday, Nov 24 at 6:35 p.m. and Peoria Rivermen on Saturday, Nov. 27 at 7:05 p.m. at the Rockford MetroCentre.
Wednesday is half price jersey day. Fans can buy authentic and premier IceHogs jerseys at Oink Outfitters for half price on Wednesday with the purchase of customization for the jersey. The customization will be done during the game on a first come, first serve basis.
Dollar days continue on Wednesday as fans can enjoy $1 beers, hot dogs, sodas and companion tickets thanks to Taco Bell and WXRX.
Fans can purchase 10-ounce Bud Selects exclusively at the Bud Select Deck located in front of Oink Outfitters for a dollar, on the MetroCentre concourse during all Wednesday home games.
Also on Wednesday, the first 2,500 fans (21 and older) through the door will receive a Stanley Cup bottle holder courtesy of Bud Light and WXRX.
On Saturday, the first 2,500 fans will receive a Jack Skille Bobblehead brought to you by Dental Dimensions and WIFR. The Jack Skille Bobblehead will be the first of three in a limited edition series of bobbleheads given out in 2010-11.
For both games there will be a Salvation Army Food Collection. Fans will receive a free ticket to the Dec. 8 game vs. Texas or Dec. 15 game vs. Chicago with a non perishable donation to the Salvation Army. The Salvation Army bins will be located in the MetroCentre Lower Lobby and Box Office. There will be an optional companion ticket for one dollar more included with the free ticket.
