JOLIET, IL - The Joliet JackHammers welcome the Chicago Bandits and Jennie Finch to Silver Cross Field this Friday, July 9th! The Bandits will take on the Akron Racers in a National Pro Fastpitch regular season game at 7:05 p.m. The Bandits, with a record of 16-9, have named Jennie Finch the starting pitcher for Friday night's game.
Finch is arguably the most famous softball player in the sports history. She has won an Olympic Gold and Silver Medal with Team USA, as well as numerous other world titles. In her four seasons in the NPF, Finch has amassed over 300 strikeouts.
