Janesville Jets Tryout Camp Registration Open

Registration is now open for players to tryout for the 2012-13 Janesville Jets hockey team.

The Janesville Jets will only be holding one main tryout camp this summer. The 2012-2013 Janesville Jets hockey team will be picked from the players at the main camp.

The camp will be held July 11th - July 15th at the Eagles Nest Ice Arena in Verona, WI (451 East Verona Rd.).

Complete registration information and all necessary forms can be found on the Janesville Jets website homepage at www.janesvillejets.com.

All goaltenders MUST CALL the coaching staff prior to registration and payment. Goalies please call either Larry Clemens at (608) 695-9178 or Jason Dobes at (319) 429-2660 .

Camp fees are $300. A player can only secure a camp roster spot by completing the Registration Form, Medical Form and must be accompanied by at least an initial, mandatory deposit of $100** (If a player can not pay the complete $300 during the initial registration process, the remaining balance of $200 will be due at camp check-in to participate).

**The $100 Deposit is non-refundable unless accompanied by a doctor's note or proof of care.

Each player must have a signed Medical Release Form on file prior to tryouts. Those forms can also be found at www.janesvillejets.com. Additionally, each player must have their 2012-13 USA Hockey Registration forms completed as well. Those can be found atwww.usahockeyregistration.com.

Also, please note that any Tier III Junior or Midget coaches/scouts that desire to attend the Jets camp must first call Jets coach Jason Dobes at (319) 429-2660 .
