LONG BEACH, CA – The Long Beach Jam of the American Basketball Association (ABA) is pleased to announce the front-office promotions of Jack Lucarelli and Anne-Valerie Boisdin. Lucarelli has been promoted to the Vice President of Business Development and Boisdin has been named the Director of Game Operations and Community Relations.

Lucarelli spent 25 years in the motion picture and television industry, producing and directing two feature films. From 1993 to 2000, he assisted Jam President Steve Chase in coordinating the Jerry Buss Celebrity Golf Tournament at the Riviera Country Club. Lucarelli began the season with the Jam as an Account Executive.

Boisdin received her Masters of Arts Degree in Sports Management from Cal. St. Long Beach this weekend. She moved to the U.S. from France after playing third division women's basketball and working in Marketing and PR for a professional men's team in Angers. Boisdin has interned for the '02-'03 USC women's basketball team in the Game Operations and Marketing Department, in Media Relations for the 2003 Los Angeles Sparks, and was a game-day volunteer for the 2003 NBA Summer Pro League. Boisdin began the season as an intern in charge of developing the Community Relations Department.

"Both Jack and Anne-Valerie have been instrumental to the success of the Jam franchise this season," Chase said. "As an organization, the Jam takes pride in rewarding hard work and dedication."

The Jam (18-4) excel on the court as well, as their first-place record indicates. The team's next game is Sunday at 2 p.m. against the Fresno HeatWave at the Long Beach Pyramid.

Individual game tickets are on sale now and available for purchase by visiting the Long Beach State Pyramid box office, or by phone at 562-985-4949 and 888-4-JAM-TIX. Prices range from $5 for students, senior citizens and military, to $10-15 for reserved seating.
