Jalen Lecque Assigned to Northern Arizona Suns

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - The Phoenix Suns announced today they have assigned guard Jalen Lecque to the Northern Arizona Suns.
Lecque (6-4, 185 pounds) joins the NAZ Suns for their first day of training camp as the team begins their fourth season in the NBA G League. This marks Lecque's first career assignment, and this is Phoenix's first assignment of a player to Northern Arizona this season.
Lecque, 19, played in three preseason games with Phoenix, totaling 11 points in 15 minutes combined. He made his mark in the 2019 NBA Summer League with the Suns, as he averaged 8.8 points, 2.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.3 steals in four games. At the 2019 NBA Draft Combine, Lecque had the highest max vertical leap at the event over the last two years, jumping 43 inches.
Born in New York, Lecque spent last year playing at prep school Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.
