Jacksonville Barracudas News Release

To celebrate the arrival of their new coach, Ron Duguay, the Jacksonville Barracudas will introduce Duguay along with his wife, former supermodel Kim Alexis, and two of his five children at Tuesday night's game.

At Duguay's first game on Saturday with the Barracudas, he led the team to a 5-3 victory against the Winston-Salem Parrots.

The Barracudas will face the Parrots again Tuesday night, this time here in Jacksonville. Tomorrow night's game will mark Duguay's first home game as coach of the Barracudas.

Duguay was known as a star throughout his 12 years in the NHL, playing for the New York Rangers, Detroit Red Wings, Pittsburgh Penguins and Los Angeles Kings.

An all-star on and off the ice, Duguay was a founding partner of the All Stars Group that was established in 1995. The focus of this organization is "to promote hockey, foster excitement and goodwill and encourage community support while offering fun-filled activities for people of all ages with a charitable focus."

The Jacksonville Barracudas are excited to have the well-known hockey figure join their team and look forward to introducing Duguay and his family to their fans at Tuesday night's game against the Winton-Salem Parrots.
