June 9, 2008 - Spokane, WA: The Spokane Shock announced today DL Jason Jack has been placed on recallable re-assignment.
Jack, who spent part of the season on the injured reserve list, appeared in six games with 16.5 tackles-including ½ sack-with three pass break-ups and one fumble recovery.
"When we decided to sign Jeff Van Orsow we had to make a move on one defensive lineman," Head Coach Adam Shackleford said. Van Orsow will be available to play in this weekend's game against the Tri-Cities Fever.
The undefeated Shock will return home on June 21st as they host the South Georgia Wildcats. Some tickets still remain for the game and can be purchased by contacting TicketsWest.
