Jack Baker's Restaurants Give Gift Certificate To Bushel Plan
November 19, 2009 - South Atlantic League (SAL1)
Jersey Shore BlueClaws News Release
LAKEWOOD, N.J. - The Lakewood BlueClaws have partnered with Jack Baker's Restaurants to add another bonus towards seven-game Bushel of BlueClaws ticket packages for the 2010 season.
The BlueClaws will add a FREE $25 gift certificate, valid at any one of six Jack Baker's locations in the area, to any Bushel of BlueClaws package order placed through December 31st.
The Jack Baker's gift certificate may be used at Moore's Tavern in Freehold, Toms River Lobster Shanty, Point Pleasant Beach Lobster Shanty, Escondido's in Freehold, Wharfside in Point Pleasant Beach and the Lobster Shanty in Monroe Township.
"This went over very well when we did it for the first time last year," said BlueClaws General Manager Geoff Brown. "The six Chef's International restaurants are a great draw for our fans and greatly enhance the value of the Bushel plan."
The gift certificate is added to a gift package that already includes Monmouth men's basketball and Surflight Theatre tickets, plus a choice of free Phillies tickets or AMC movie passes.
Just $63 per package, each seat holder will also save $1.00 per game over the individual game ticket price.
For fans that can't decide which games to attend, the BlueClaws recently added a FlexiBushel of BlueClaws option. Fans will get seven undated BlueClaws ticket vouchers, good for seven different BlueClaws games at the same value pricing as a regular Bushel package.
Each FlexiBushel package also includes the $25 gift certificate to Jack Baker's Restaurants (if ordered by December 31st), plus free tickets to a Monmouth University men's basketball game and free tickets to a show at the Surflight Theatre.
Fans can call 732-901-7000, option 3, with any questions or to order today.
The 2010 season will mark the BlueClaws tenth season of play, and the team will have a new logo and new uniforms for the first time in team history.
The BlueClaws won their second South Atlantic League title in 2009, and led the league in attendance for the ninth straight year. The team also won the league's Club Merit Award and became the fastest in New Jersey and SAL history to reach 4-million fans.
