
I's to Unveil Championship Banner Tuesday to Kick-off Homestand

Kannapolis Cannon Ballers News Release
Kannapolis, NC – Baseball returns to Kannapolis Tuesday as the Intimidators celebrate their 2005 South Atlantic League title by displaying the 05' championship banner. In addition to seeing the banner, fans will get their first live glimpse of the 06' Intimidators in action at Fieldcrest Cannon Stadium. Kannapolis tussles with Asheville for a four game series, with all games starting at 7pm. The I's then host Rome from next Saturday-Tuesday.
Marquee promotions for the homestand include:
7pm Wednesday - Church Youth Night - church youth groups are invited to interact and listen to testimony from former professional ballplayers.
7pm Thursday – Talkin' Business at the Ballpark - interact with members of 6 area chambers of commerce. THE Largest networking event of the year. Bring lots of business cards.
7pm Friday - Schedule Magnet Giveaway courtesy of Pizza Hut, Thunderstixx Giveaway courtesy of Sunbelt Rentals.
7pm Saturday - First Fireworks Show of 2006 courtesy of Freightliner Rec. Club
5pm Sunday - Kids Eat Free courtesy of our good friends at the Cabarrus Creamery, Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by Kannapolis Parks and Rec.
7pm Monday- Senior Night: Baseball Bingo for all fans in attendance
11am Tuesday- Business Persons Special
