The Pigs (32-31) will play Game Three of a four-game series against the last-place Charlotte Knights (26-38)... With a 3-1 win yesterday, the Pigs have now won (1) three straight games, (2) eight of their last 10 contests and (3) have gone 16-7 in their last 23 affairs after hitting their low-water mark of 16-24 on May 16. They have also started 2-0 on this eight-game homestand... The Knights -- White Sox top affiliate -- have fallen to 2-3 on their rain-shortened, seven-game North Division road trip. Still, after starting 12-25, the Knights have posted a more respectable 14-13 record since May 12.
LHP Tom Cochran (1-2, 5.73) will start for LHV against RHP Andre Rienzo (5-3, 6.02).
Tonight is Adult Cap Giveaway Night, presented by Pearle Vision... First-pitch is at 7:05 p.m.
