Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release

The IronPigs (64-55) play the finale of a two-game series against the fifth-place Buffalo Bisons (57-61) at Coca-Cola Park... With a 5-4 walk-off win in 12 innings last night, the Pigs have won five of their last eight games and five straight at Coca-Cola Park. Still, the Pigs have gone just 14-20 in their last 34 contests --- going from a season-high 3.0-games up to 2.0-games back in the North... Buffalo -- the Mets' top affiliate -- has now dropped three of its last four games. Once 49-45 on July 14, the Bisons have gone just 8-16 in their last 24 affairs.

RHP Austin Hyatt (2-6, 5.47) will start for LHV against RHP Chris Schwinden (6-7, 2.96).

First-Pitch tonight is set for 7:05 p.m.

WALK THIS WAY!:

With the 5-4 walk-off win last night, the Pigs now have 12 walk-off victories in 2012 (the previous franchise-record of 7 set in 2011; and they had 1 more in postseason)... In fact, the Pigs have a walk-off win in 12 of 56 home games this season -- that's 21% of their games; 31% of their home wins! The Pigs now have 31 walk-off victories all-time.

* Last night marked the Pigs 2nd all-time walk-off on a Wild Pitch -- they won 4-3 on 4/11/12 vs. SYR on a WP by LHP Matt Chico.
