Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release
The fourth-place IronPigs (12-18) play Game Two of a four-game series at Knights Stadium against the third-place (tied) Charlotte Knights (14-18) -- the White Sox top affiliate. With a 3-2 loss last night, the 'Pigs have dropped four of their past five games and have started 0-1 on this eight-game, South Division road trip... The Knights have now won three of their last five contests. Still, after starting 7-3, Charlotte has gone just 7-15 (.318) in its last 22 games -- including an eight-game skid from 4/18-25...
LHP Brian Mazone (2-3, 5.63) will start for LHV against RHP Jeff Marquez (3-3, 5.18).
First-pitch is scheduled for 7:15 p.m....
Super Tuesday?: The Pigs are a perfect 4-0 on Tuesdays during the 2010 season.
