Iowa announces more exhibition dates

DES MOINES, IA - Iowa Stars President John Pettit today announced the final two dates of the Iowa Stars four-game exhibition schedule for the 2006-2007 American Hockey League (AHL) season.
The Stars will round-out their exhibition schedule with two games against the Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights. The Stars will travel to Omaha for a Saturday, September 30th game and will turn around and host those same Knights on Sunday, October 1st. Sunday's game will have a 5:05 PM face-off at Wells Fargo Arena.
Iowa will begin their 2006-07 home schedule on Thursday, October 12th against the Houston Aeros. Game time is 7:05 PM. Iowa's full 2006-07 schedule is now available on IowaStarsHockey.com. The Stars entire exhibition schedule is listed below.
