Inland Cellular Wireless FUEL to Sponsor Battle of the Badge Charity Game

WALLA WALLA, Wa. - Local law enforcement officers and local firefighters are set to take the field at Borleske Stadium on May 31, 2014 at 7:05 P.M. for the second annual Battle of the Badge charity baseball game. The Walla Walla Sweets are excited to announce that Wireless FUEL powered by Inland Cellular has come on board as the official sponsor of the event.

"Law enforcement officers and firefighters go full throttle and fuel this community, both with their dedicated efforts on a daily basis, and through this fundraiser for local charities."

Last season, local law enforcement, firefighters, and the Walla Walla Sweets teamed up to raise money for three local charities. Together the three organizations and the local community came together for the inaugural Battle of the Badge, and raised $24,000.00 for Walla Walla Area Crime Watch, Walla Walla YMCA, and Blue Mountain Girls Softball. This year, law enforcement will be playing for Impact! Life Transitions Program, and the firefighters will be playing for Girl's Council.

Tickets for the Battle of the Badge, presented by Wireless FUEL are on sale now. Tickets are available from local officers and firefighters. Diamond and Premier seats will cost $15 each and all other ticket inventory will be sold as General Admission seating for $12. The ticket and t-shirt package is available for $20 and t-shirts can be purchased separately for $15. Support your team and help them secure home team advantage by purchasing tickets from local law enforcement officers and local firefighters.
