Indy Eleven News Release

INDIANAPOLIS - Indy Eleven is proud to be recognized by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Wellness Council of Indiana as a GOLD COVID Stops Here workplace for achieving a vaccination rate of over 90%.

The COVID Stops Here campaign recognizes Indiana workplaces that have achieved widespread vaccination against COVID-19. Organizations that have achieved at least a 70% vaccination rate are eligible to receive a designation.

It is critical that Hoosiers work together to stop the spread of coronavirus - including the dangerous new Delta variant. Vaccination is the best way to stop COVID-19.

"Indy Eleven would like to thank the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Wellness Council of Indiana for touting perhaps the most important statistic our club will record in 2021," stated Greg Stremlaw, Indy Eleven President & Chief Executive Officer. "Educating our employees about the importance of receiving the COVID-19 vaccine has been a vital part of our workplace culture this year. By being proactive about their personal and collective well-being, Indy Eleven's staff members have been able to lead the way when it comes to workplace safety, and I couldn't be any prouder of their efforts in helping us achieve over 96% of all employees being fully vaccinated in our company to date."

The Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Wellness Council of Indiana are promoting the COVID Stops Here campaign as a way to celebrate workplaces that are leading the fight to stop COVID-19 -and to encourage more organizations to join their ranks.
