Springfield Armor News Release
Springfield, Mass.- The Springfield Armor, presented by MGM Springfield, announced that individual game tickets for the 2013-14 season will go on sale today, Thursday, November 14, at 10:00 AM. Individual game tickets start at just $10.
Tickets are available to be purchased through the MassMutual Center Box Office, located at 1277 Main St., Springfield (9:00 AM -5:00 PM M-F, 10:00 AM-4:00 PM on Saturday in-season). Tickets can also be purchased by phone (800-745-3000) or through TicketMaster by logging on to www.armorhoops.com.
The Armor will open the 2013-14 season with a road game on November 22 in Maine. The team will return to Springfield on Friday, December 6 for their home opener against the Idaho Stampede. Opening Night will kick off the Armor's 5th season playing in Springfield.
The Armor will play 24 home games at the MassMutual Center this season, with 16 of those games to be played on weekend dates. The team will play eight games on Fridays, four on Saturdays and four afternoon games on Sundays.
The Armor will host 10 of the other 16 teams in the NBA Development League in Springfield this season: Idaho Stampede, Maine Red Claws, Sioux Falls Skyforce, Tulsa 66ers, Canton Charge, Fort Wayne Mad Ants, Erie BayHawks, Bakersfield Jam, Austin Toros and the newest team in the NBA Development League the Delaware 87ers.
