Individual Tickets for LA Galaxy-FC Barcelona Friendly Go On Sale Wednesday

CARSON, Calif. (Tuesday, May 26, 2009) - The LA Galaxy announced today that individual tickets for the club's much anticipated international friendly against FC Barcelona at the Rose Bowl will go on sale on Wednesday, May 27 at 10 a.m. Tickets for this game, which will be played in Pasadena on Saturday, August 1, go on sale 90 minutes prior to Barcelona taking the field for the UEFA Champions League Final in Rome against Manchester United.

Individual tickets will start at just $25, giving you the chance to see the Galaxy take on one of the world's most prolific and popular clubs with their full complement of stars such as Lionel Messi, Rafa Marquez, Thierry Henry and more. The full pricing breakdown for individual tickets can be found below.

Additionally, two game packs are available where fans can purchase tickets to this game, as well as tickets for the Galaxy's game against the Kansas City Wizards on Saturday, May 30 or on Sunday, June 28 against the Houston Dynamo, for as little as $10 more than the individual game prices listed above. Fans can also purchase tickets to the Galaxy-Barcelona friendly through the 'Big Game Pack' that gives fans tickets to six of the Galaxy's most popular upcoming games, including the friendlies against Barcelona and AC Milan for one low price.

This season Barcelona is on the verge of winning a historic treble, having already won the La Liga title and the Copa del Rey, they could win their third trophy of the season and their second Champions League title in four years with a win over Manchester United in the Champions League Final on Wednesday. That game kicks off at 11:30 a.m. (PT) and can be seen live on ESPN and ESPN Deportes, with the Galaxy hosting viewing parties for the game at four locations throughout the Southland.

The LA Galaxy are back in action on Saturday, May 30 when they host the Kansas City Wizards at 7:30 p.m. This game is part of a double header at The Home Depot Center that begins at 4 p.m. with the Los Angeles Sol hosting St. Louis Athletica in a WPS game.
