Individual Game Tickets on Sale March 2 at Curve Fest
CURVE, Pa. - The Altoona Curve will host Curve Fest, presented by Ravine, at Peoples Natural Gas Field on Saturday, March 2 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will mark the first chance for fans to purchase 2019 individual game tickets and will feature special ticket offers, an exclusive T-shirt giveaway, games, food and more.
2019 Curve individual game tickets will go on sale exclusively in person at the PNG Field V.I.P. ticket windows, located on the home plate side of the stadium, at 10 a.m., and the first 200 fans to purchase tickets at Curve Fest will receive a free Allegheny Yinzers T-shirt (limited sizes available). Tickets will be available online at AltoonaCurve.com beginning at 2 p.m.
All fans who purchase tickets at Curve Fest for the April 11 home opener against the Akron RubberDucks will receive one free ticket to any other home game in April or May. Fans who purchase tickets at Curve Fest for the Independence Day game on July 4 against the Erie SeaWolves will receive a free ticket for July 5 or July 6.
The Stockyard Team Store will also be open during the event for fans to purchase the latest Curve gear, including the first wave of Allegheny Yinzers merchandise.
During the event, fans will have a chance to explore parts of the stadium normally off limits to the public, including the home and visiting clubhouses.
The home clubhouse will feature the Curve Yard Sale to give fans a chance to take home a piece of team history, including game-used broken bats and other items from around the ballpark.
Fans will have the opportunity to interview Curve general manager Derek Martin, play-by-play broadcaster Garett Mansfield and groundskeeper Chris Mason during two Q&A sessions in the ballpark's media room. The event will also feature guided tours of the stadium.
Curve partners Beck's Maintenance, The Salon Professional Academy, All of Us Pennsylvania, Tame Your Mane and others will have displays set up throughout the ballpark.
Fredericks Meat Market of Roaring Spring will be providing free food and Matt Pletcher will perform a live concert at the ballpark.
Kids ages 3-12 can stop by to pick up free tickets for all 11 Sunday home games in 2019 by signing up for the free Ritchey's Dairy Kids' Club.
Parking for Curve Fest will be available in the Red Lot at PNG Field.
The Altoona Curve, Double-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates, return to Peoples Natural Gas Field on April 11. Season Tickets, Mini Plans and Flex Books are currently on sale by phone at 877.99.CURVE, online at AltoonaCurve.com or in person at the PNG Field offices. The Stockyard Team Store is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and online 24/7/365.
