Boise, ID. â Friday and Saturday night at the BofA Centre the Idaho Steelheads begin the 2002 Larry Miller Subaru / Mitsubishi Taylor Cup Playoffs with their first round match-up against the Anchorage Aces. A quick check of the numbers shows that Idaho went 11-2-0 versus the Aces in 01-02, which would lead you to believe that the series was one-sided. That would be incorrect when you factor in that four games were decided in shootouts and six were decided by one goal and nine by two goals. Below the series is broken down by the numbers.
