Ice Wolves Tender Dillan Bentley

Albuquerque, NM - We are pleased to announce that we have used our second tender of the season on forward Dillan Bentley, effective 2020-2021. Bentley is 18-years-old and is a native of Peoria, IL.

Currently, Dillan plays for the Peoria Mustangs (NA3HL). He was drafted #162 overall by the Mustangs in 2019. In the 29 games he has played for them thus far, he has recorded 36 points (18g-18a), putting him second on the team. Last season he played 14 games for the Madison Capitols 18U (NAPHL) team totaling, six points (4g-2a). He also played for their 16U team from 2016-18, tallying nine points (4g-5a) in 39 games.

The 6'4", 190-pound right-handed shooter had this to say about his tender signing with the Ice Wolves, "I am excited to be a part of a new organization. I loved the city and the coaching staff made me feel very comfortable." Dillan went on to add, "I'm excited to become part of the Ice Wolves family."

Keenan Kelly, the Associate Head Coach for the Ice Wolves had nothing but praise for the young forward, even stating, "Dillan is a player who stood out throughout our entire tryout process last summer. He's a big body who plays with pace and has good play-making ability." Keenan also stated, "We are excited to welcome him to New Mexico."
