Cranbrook, B.C. - The Kootenay ICE (7-13-3-10) welcome the Moose Jaw Warriors (9-5-3-1) for the first time this season on Sunday, November 18, 2018.
Puck drop is scheduled for 4 p.m. MT.

The ICE are coming off of a 5-4 overtime loss to the Red Deer Rebels on Saturday, November 17. ICE '02-born forward Owen Pederson scored his first career WHL goal to open the scoring early in the first period. Connor McClennon collected two goals while Jonathan Smart added the other. McClennon picked up three points in the game and was awarded second star. Goaltender Jesse Makaj stopped 35-of-40 shots he faced. Rebels' forward Reese Johnson scored on the power play in OT to give his team the victory. The ICE were outshot 40-30. They went 1-for-2 on the power play, 1-for-4 on the penalty kill and won 29-of-59 face-offs.
The ICE have amassed 18 points this season, which is good for sixth in the Central Division and 10th in the Eastern Conference.
The ICE have a home record of 5-7-1-0.

The Moose Jaw Warriors wrap up a short two-game road trip when it visits the Kootenay ICE for the first time this season on Sunday, November 18. The Warriors head into Sunday's contest with wins in three of its last four games and points in four-straight. Following Sunday's game, the Warriors will head home and host the Edmonton Oil Kings on Friday, November 23. The Warriors are fourth in the East Division and seventh in the Eastern Conference.
The Warriors are coming off of a 3-2 victory over the Lethbridge Hurricanes on Saturday, November 17. Tristin Langan scored a pair of goals while Brayden Tracey added the other. Goaltender Brodan Salmond stopped 22-of-24 shots that came his way. The Warriors outshot the 'Canes 41-24. They went 2-for-8 on the power play, 2-for-3 on the penalty kill and won 31-of-62 face-offs.
The Warriors have collected 22 points this season, which is good for fourth in the East Division and seventh in the Eastern Conference.
The Warriors have a road record of 4-1-1-0.
HEAD TO HEAD
This will be the second meeting of the season between the ICE and the Warriors. The first meeting happened back on November 3, when the Warriors skated away with a 5-1 victory at Mosiac Place. The next time these two teams meet will be November 28 in Cranbrook.
The ICE are 3-3-0-0 in the last six games against the Warriors at Western Financial Place. Overall, both home and away, the ICE are 3-9-1-0 in the last 13 games against the Warriors.
