
Ice to Hold Game Worn Jersey Auction

Cranbrook, BC -- The Kootenay ICE Hockey Club has announced they will be putting the 2008-2009 Game Worn white jerseys up for auction.
On Friday, February 27 when the ICE host the Regina Pats it will be Jersey Off The Back Night and fans will have the opportunity to place bids on the white jerseys during the game. The winning bidders will get to meet the players after the game and then will receive their jersey at the conclusion of the playoffs. Also up for silent auction that evening will be a limited amount of WHL practice jerseys. All proceeds from the auction will go to the Kootenay ICE Scholarship Fund.
Prior to the start of this game the City of Cranbrook will be honoring the memory of Former ICE President Ed Chynoweth in a special presentation which will include the unveiling a special banner.
