
ICE Reassign Mettimano & Woo

The Winnipeg ICE have reassigned defensemen Josh Mettimano to The RINK Hockey Academy U18 team of the Canadian Sport School Hockey League and Jonas Woo to the Winnipeg Bruins of the Manitoba AAA U18 Hockey League.
Mettimano, 16, from Cochrane, Alberta, is plus two in six games with the ICE this season.
He was selected by the ICE in the eighth round, 156th overall in the 2019 WHL Prospects Draft.
The 6'0, 185 pound blue liner has played 18 games with The RINK Hockey Academy U18 team this season registering four goals and 12 assists for 16 points and eight penalty minutes.
Woo, 15, from Winnipeg, registered one shot on goal and is plus one in two games with the ICE this season.
He was selected in the first round, 18th overall in the 2021 WHL Prospects Draft.
The 5'9", 150 pound blue liner has 18 points (3 goals and 15 assists) and 26 penalty minutes in 21 games with the Bruins this season.
The ICE return to action Monday, December 27th when they open a four game road trip in Brandon against the Wheat Kings (6:30 on CFRW 1290).
The next home game at the ICE Cave inside Wayne Fleming Arena is Monday, January 3rd at 7:00 vs the Moose Jaw Warriors.
