
Ice Pilots Announce Front Office Additions

Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots, under the ownership group of Hockey Enterprises of Pensacola, L.L.C. with owner Tim Kerr, announced the hiring of Bob Maynard as Vice President of Business Operations and John Maxwell as Director of Special Operations.
Maynard, who is 45 years old, was Area Vice President of Operations at American Home Patient Inc. which is one of the nation's largest providers of home oxygen, respiratory and medical equipment. While working at American Home Patient Inc. for the last 12 years, Maynard was responsible for the company's overall operations and sales effort in a multi-state area.
Maynard, who is originally from Rhode Island, has lived in Pensacola for the last 18 years with his wife Carol, a registered nurse at West Florida Hospital, and four sons Chad, Chris, Billy and Alex.
Maxwell, who was born in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, worked the last 26 years in the performance and racing industry in the automotive parts aftermarket in executive sales, marketing and management.
Maxwell was active in youth hockey with the White Bear Lake Hockey Association for 15 years as a coach, director and vice president. His team's won numerous district, regions and state championships as he was also active with the Minnesota Amateur Hockey Association on a district and state level.
Maxwell served on the rules and equipment committees with U.S.A. Hockey and is one of three founding members of the St. Paul Lakers, Junior "B" hockey team which won a national championship in 1998.
Maxwell resides in Pensacola with is wife Dale, who owns Kooter Brown's 98 West End Sports Bar & Grille. He has one grown daughter Danielle still residing in Minnesota.
The Ice Pilots online jersey auction will continue until tomorrow afternoon at Noon. Fans have an opportunity to bid on Ice Pilots game worn jerseys from the 2002-2003 and 2003-2004 seasons and special ty jerseys including Third Jerseys, St. Patrick's Day, Mardi Gras (two variations), Patriotic Jerseys (two variations) and Blue Angel replicas.
The Ice Pilots have added a number 12 Tim Kerr white jersey that will be auctioned until July 23 at Noon.
The online jersey auction also features Jacksonville Lizard King jerseys and Pensacola Barracudas jerseys from arenafootball2.

Season tickets for all 36 home games for the Ice Pilots 2004-2005 season are on sale. The Ice Pilots begin the 2004-2005 regular season at Mississippi on October 23 and play their home opener Saturday, October 30 vs. the Kelly Cup Finalists Florida Everblades at 7:05 p.m.
Cost of season tickets for all 36 home games for floor and glass seats are $649.44, side seats are $459.00, goal seats and lower upper seats are $411.84 and upper seats cost $324.00. 16 game plans, 8 game plans and flex packs also are available. Fans can call the Ice Pilots office at 432-7825 for season ticket and corporate sponsorship information.
