
Ice Flyers Announce Roster for 2017 President's Cup Playoffs

PENSACOLA, Fla. -Â Ahead of today's 1 p.m. Eastern Time deadline, Pensacola Ice Flyers head coach Rod Aldoff set the team's 2017 President's Cup Playoffs roster.
The roster is comprised of 19 players and includes 10 forwards, seven defensemen, as well as two goalies. Forwards Stephen Buco and John Gustafsson along with defenseman Sean Gammage are on Injured Reserve. Of the 19 players on the active roster, 10 have past SPHL playoffs experience including six who have previous experience with the Ice Flyers.

The Ice Flyers' quest for the franchise's fourth SPHL President's Cup Championship gets under way this Tuesday, April 11, at 6 p.m. Central Time as they take on the Fayetteville FireAntz inside the Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville, N.C. The team will return to the Pensacola Bay Center for Game Two of Round One on Thursday, April 13, with puck drop scheduled for 7:05 p.m. CT. Fans are encouraged to wear white and to White Out the Hangar.
