Cranbrook, B.C. - The Kootenay ICE (6-12-2-1) host the Regina Pats (7-12-0-0) for the second and final time this season on Tuesday, November 13.

Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m. MT.

The ICE are coming off of a 7-3 loss to the Calgary Hitmen on Sunday, November 11. The ICE received goals from Brad Ginnell, Martin Bodak and Brett Davis, while goaltender Duncan McGovern stopped 37-of-44 shots he faced. Ginnell, Bodak and Davis each recorded two points in the game. The ICE were outshot 44-32. They went 2-for-8 on the power play, 2-for-4 on the penalty kill and won 27-of-59 face-offs.

The ICE have amassed 15 points this season, which is good for fifth in the Central Division and ninth in the Eastern Conference.

The ICE have a home record of 4-6-1-0.

Tuesday's game starts a seven-game road trip for the Pats, who also visit Vancouver, Victoria, Kamloops, Kelowna, Prince George and Brandon. The road trip goes from November 13 to November 30. The next home game for the Pats is December 1 against the Prince Albert Raiders. Heading into Tuesday's game, the Pats are fifth in the East Division and 10th in the Eastern Conference.

The Pats are coming off of a 2-0 victory over the Swift Current Broncos on Saturday, November 10. Jake Leschyshyn and Scott Mahovlich scored the goals for the Pats while goaltender Max Paddock stopped all 20 shots he faced. The Pats outshot the Broncos 24-20. They went 0-for-3 on the power play, 1-for-1 on the penalty kill and won 29-of-55 face-offs.

The Pats have collected 14 points this season, which is good for fifth in the East Division and 10th in the Eastern Conference.

The Pats have a road record of 3-3-0-0.

HEAD TO HEAD

This is the second meeting of the season between the ICE and the Regina Pats. Both teams play a total of four times during the 2018-19 regular season. The next meeting between these two teams will be on January 16 in Regina.
