Cranbrook, B.C. - The Kootenay ICE (7-20-4-1) visit the Spokane Chiefs (15-10-2-2) for the second time this season on Saturday, December 8.
Puck drop is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. PT.

The Kootenay ICE are coming off of a 3-2 overtime loss to the Lethbridge Hurricanes on Wednesday, December 5. The ICE received goals from Cole Muir and Jakin Smallwood. Goaltender Jesse Makaj stopped 36-of-39 shots he faced. The Hurricanes got goals from Alex Cotton, Jake Leschyshyn and Dylan Cozens. The ICE were outshot 39-30. The ICE went 0-for-2 on the power play, 2-for-2 on the penalty kill and won 32-of-65 face-offs.
The ICE have amassed 19 points this season, which is good for sixth in the Central Division and 10th in the Eastern Conference.

The Spokane Chiefs host the Kootenay ICE for the second time this season on Saturday, December 8. Saturday's game is the second of a three games in three days stretch for the Chiefs. The Chiefs have won one out of its last four games and have collected three out of a possible eight points during that stretch.
